Initial Oral Examination
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination of the head and neck region, oral cancer screening, dental charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will take X-rays for proper diagnosis of decay in between teeth and other issues in the bone surrounding the teeth. We will also take intraoral photographs of your teeth.

Accepted Insurance Carriers
We offer electronic submission of dental claims, if applicable. Please provide us with your insurance information and we will be able submit your dental insurance claim electronically so you can receive reimbursement as soon as possible.
Payment Options
We accept cash, Mastercard, VISA and debit card. Payment is due when services are rendered.
Appointment Details
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Our office policy is to confirm your appointment 2 weeks in advance and the day before.

We publish a quarterly newsletter titled "Smile Highlights" to keep our clients up to date with our office and dental news. We welcome suggestions and ideas for upcoming newsletters.
